Mineral lubricant reinforced with Molybdenum bisulphide to handle heavy loads and reduce transmission noise. All mechanical transmission, synchronised or not synchronised gearboxes, gearbox/differential, transfer gearbox and hypoid differentials without limited slip system operating under shocks, heavy loads and low revolution speed or moderate loads and high revolution speed. Very high lubricating power decreases friction and wear. SAE 90 grade at hot temperature to provide outstanding oil film resistance at hot temperature.

SMPP004 Description Scooter Gearbox Oil Fill/Drain Plug & Washer M8 x 12mm [Qty: 2]

The sump plug, also known as the oil drain plug, is a critical component located at the bottom of the engine's oil sump or oil pan. It allows for the drainage of engine oil during oil changes or maintenance. Typically made of metal and equipped with a sealing washer or O-ring to prevent leaks, the sump plug is threaded into the oil pan and can be removed to let old oil flow out.

Details

This plug can be used to replace either the filling plug or drain plug at the rear of the gearbox casing for changing the gear box oil. Please note that this is separate to the scooter's main engine oil reservoir!

A new washer is included with this plug to ensure a good seal.
